Tuition Policy

Every effort is made to provide current and accurate information on tuition and fees. Tuition and fees are subject to change and may be paid by check, money order, credit card or cash.  Checks and money orders are to be made payable to Cochran School of Nursing. Bills are sent to students three times a year for the fall, spring, and summer terms. Arrangements for payment or complete payment is expected on or before due date. A late fee of $75 will be added to outstanding past due bills.  Failure to remain current with tuition payment may result in removal from the program.

TUITION REFUND POLICY

When a student officially withdraws from a course or from the school, a refund will be made according to the following schedule:

  Refund
Up to 1st Friday after classes begin
Up to 2nd Friday after classes begin
Up to 3rd Friday after classes begin
Up to 4th Friday
After 4th Friday
100%

50%
20%
No Refund

Fast Track Students refund will be prorated according to the number of weeks in the course
