Applicants are selected on the basis of their qualifications without regard to age, sex, marital status, race, color, creed or national origin.In accordance with Section 504 of the Federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.

The Cochran School of Nursing provides reasonable accommodations for all students whose documented disabilities will otherwise place them at an unfair advantage in the completion of the nursing program.
